Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to love your HIS Child Tee!  If you are not satisfied simply return your HIS Child Tee to the following address and we will kindly assist you with an exchange or refund:

We strongly suggest insuring your return to protect your shipment against loss or damage. If you need to RETURN an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. For EXCHANGES returned in their original condition, please:

1) Indicate the REASON for the exchange

2) Indicate which SHIRT/STYLE/SIZE is needed

3) If a PRICE DIFFERENCE results in your favor, you will receive a refund at the time of processing.  If you prefer an item of greater value, you may include cash or a check to pay the difference and we'll take care of things from there!

4) As soon as your return is received, your exchange will be processed and SHIPPED.  You will receive a new email confirmation upon shipment.

All items returned must be in the original condition in which you received them.  Items may be returned up to 30 days after your order date.  Items which have been washed, worn, and/or mistreated are non-refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. WE DO SHIP TO APO BOXES! Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES: If a package is returned to HISchild due to an incorrect address or an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.  If a package is returned to HIS Child and the shipping address provided is correct, HIS Child will provide one complementary reshipment. If the package is returned a second time, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. HIS Child is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer; however, we will do our best to assist you if at all possible. 

LOST PACKAGES: HIS Child is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, HIS Child will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
