How do you see things through the lens of your faith?

I believe in Christianity as I believe that the sun has risen: not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else. – CS Lewis

Some people pick and choose what they believe and by what code they will live. It's a preference. They believe there is no moral code to live by, no moral absolutes. What is right for me may not be right for you.

Tiffany Trump was the flower girl in a friends wedding recently. The friends who got married have an unconventional marriage. In their explanation for their choice they were quoted in saying, "...because the more we face reality, the more we can see that there is no right or wrong.” (https://www.denisonforum.org)

But society can not work this way. God knows we can not function this way. People will get hurt, families will be torn apart, society will crumble if their are no moral absolutes. To live a truly righteous life, one that please God, one must look at everything through a Biblical World View. This mean filtering every thought, word and action with God's Word.

How do you look at our world and make choices? Do you do what feels good or is God's Word your guide?

Is What You Have Contagious?

If I'm going to catch anything, I'd rather catch courage than the flu. Need an example of this?
