The immortal God is born, so that mortal man may live in eternity. – Jan Has

God gave up His mortality so we could gain.

Did you realize that your eternity begins the moment you accept Christ as Lord and Savior of your life. Yes, the physical will die, but your soul will live on. Jesus, who is immortal, came to earth and experienced all the suffering of birth, life and death. He didn't have to, He wanted to. Why? So that the mortal, you and me, might live in eternity with Him. That's what I call love!

Christmas isn’t about a baby in a manger... It's about so much more!

Christmas isn’t about a baby in a manger, it’s about God who is with us.Jesus, gave up His throne in heaven, to come to a dirty, sinful world. To serve instead of being served. To be hated by those He loved. And punished for the sins He did not commit. And He did it for [...]

Foretold hundreds of years before it happened.

Down through history, God provided us a roadmap. He foretold various signs and conditions through His prophets. Glory to God in the highest!

We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son. – John 1:14On of my favorite songs, and is very appropriate for this time of year, is Lauren Daigle's "Light of the World". You can see it here. I have been challenged recently, more than once, to re-evaluate how I worship. Making God my [...]

When Christmas Plays Collide...

The war between Jesus and Santa begin as we start this Christmas Season. However, most of our Christmas traditions started out with a basis of faith in Jesus. The Kingdom of Heaven Came Down to Earth

In one of my favorite Bible stories, we read about a Samaritan woman and her interaction with Jesus. The woman said to him, “I know that Messiah is coming (he who is called Christ). When he comes, he will tell us all things.” Jesus said to her, “I who speak to you am he.” (John 4:25-26) This was [...]

The best example of Adoption the world will ever see...

God is for adoption. From the beginning of time His plan was based on the desire to adopt us. And Jesus’ birth made our adoption possible. Now we can be sons and daughters…And, "I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty." (2 Corinthians 6:18)But to all [...]
